Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026 · Operated by Wade Digital, Calgary, Alberta, Canada

What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how MonitorMojo (“MonitorMojo,” “we,” “us”), operated by Wade Digital in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit monitormojo.com or use the MonitorMojo dashboard, API, CLI, or MCP integrations. MonitorMojo is a website health monitoring workflow tool. It does not provide legal, cybersecurity, or compliance advice.

Account and contact data

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text). We use this data to authenticate you, deliver the service, and send account, billing, and support communications.

Subscription and billing data

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. MonitorMojo does not store full card numbers. Stripe processes and stores payment details under its own privacy policy and PCI-compliant infrastructure. We retain subscription status, plan tier, and billing history needed to manage your account and respond to billing questions.

Monitored website URLs and check data

When you add a website to monitor, we store the URL you provide along with the reachability, HTTPS/SSL, response-time, and security-header results returned by that check. We store check history and status so you can review trends and generate site-risk summaries. Only add websites and domains you are authorized to monitor.

Exported and imported data

If you export a check result, summary, or report, that export is generated on demand and is your responsibility to store and share appropriately. If you import a list of URLs for monitoring, we store those URLs the same way as manually added websites.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns, such as which pages are visited and which features are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this data. See our Cookie Policy for details on the cookie categories we use.

We may display third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Users may opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s advertising settings.

Data retention

We retain account and monitoring data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize personal account data and stored check history within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain billing records for tax or legal purposes.

Your rights and contact

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@monitormojo.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security limitations

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. MonitorMojo does not guarantee that data transmission or storage is free of all risk, and monitoring results should not be treated as a complete security assessment of any website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
