Digital software, billed as a subscription

MonitorMojo is SaaS: a hosted website health monitoring dashboard, API, and CLI billed on a recurring subscription through Stripe. Because access and usage begin immediately after payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — email support@monitormojo.com within 7 days of the charge. We review billing error reports and issue corrections or refunds where a genuine error occurred.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing settings. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to paid features through the end of that period. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.
