Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using MonitorMojo (operated by Wade Digital, Calgary, Alberta, Canada) at monitormojo.com, including the dashboard, API, CLI, and MCP integrations, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What MonitorMojo is
MonitorMojo is an independent website health monitoring workflow tool. It runs reachability checks, HTTPS/SSL signal checks, response-time tracking, and security header checks, and organizes the results into client-ready site-risk summaries. MonitorMojo is not a cybersecurity scanner, compliance certification service, or infrastructure provider, and it does not guarantee uptime, security, compliance, or issue prevention.
User responsibilities
You agree to use MonitorMojo only for lawful purposes and to:
- Only add, check, or monitor websites and domains you own or are authorized to review on behalf of a client or employer.
- Not use MonitorMojo to scan, probe, or monitor websites you do not have authorization to check.
- Not use the service for illegal, confidential, unauthorized, or abusive purposes, including reconnaissance for attacks.
- Not misuse monitoring data, check results, or exported reports, including sharing them in a misleading or defamatory way.
- Keep your account credentials and API keys confidential and secure.
No guaranteed outcomes
MonitorMojo helps organize website health signals. It does not guarantee uptime, security, compliance, issue prevention, or any specific performance outcome. Check results depend on network conditions, third-party infrastructure, and the availability of external signals, and may be incomplete or delayed. You are responsible for verifying and acting on any finding before relying on it.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.
Third-party services
MonitorMojo relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting, payment processing (Stripe), and analytics (Google Analytics). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling by third-party services outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonitorMojo and Wade Digital are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages related to missed issues, service downtime, or reliance on check results. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including unauthorized monitoring of third-party websites or abuse of the API or CLI. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. Continued use of MonitorMojo after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
